At Lekto Woodfuels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure the woodfuel products are securely packed on their original pallet or in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once authorized, we will help you schedule a courier collection or provide you with the address for our designated return warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
